This would be a simple 3 or 4 page website layout.
And would cover a 'Home' page, an 'About Us' page and a simple 'Contact Form', plus perhaps, a basic photo album, 'Blog', 'File Sharing' or 'Movie Album' page.
Any combination, the choice is yours.

Anything 5 pages and above, either as a starting site, or at a later date; will cost an extra £50.00 per page upwards, depending upon the content required.

This gives you the opportunity to make alterations in the website content; be it text and/or images. This is always best decided upon prior to the website build, as to integrate it later is far more time consuming, and because of this, more expensive. For a safe and secure content management system, you can add £100.00 to the price of your website, integrated at start up.

Although, in essence, all of my websites are bespoke; purely because the design is developed between myself and you, the client; some are more bespoke than others. Membership sites, are a case in point, along with business sites which have a large inventory and payment section.

This falls into two categories:

1) A monthly management fee, which takes care of all the little problems that might arise within the site; this may also preclude the need for a Content Management System (as all of this would be taken care of by SingularDesign) but also, more importantly, liaising with the hosting company (ISP) etc., to make sure that your site is always up and running.
I can also recommend hosting services and domain name providers, and obviously make purchases, payments on your behalf. The monthly fee for this service is £30.00 (but does not include the purchase of the domain and the monthly hosting charge, nor the actual cost of the website build).

2) This option is simply an hourly rate for any work undertaken, regarding changes to the website, and is £20.00 per hour. All aspects of the domain and hosting are then the responsibility of the client, although this service can be included at the same hourly rate, if the client so desires.

An add-on example would be along the lines of the Flickr or Picasa page in the photography section, the Tabulated or Book format in the library section. Each add-on costs £5.00, and is per add-on, not per page; as each purchased add-on can be throughout the site.
